Payment Options
We have several payment options to allow you to receive the care you need.
Uninsured Patients
If you do not have insurance, we have three options.
1. Pay at the time of service.
2. Credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Healthcare Savings cards and Discover cards.
3. Pre-pay Discount. To eliminate the hassle of exchanging money at every visit, I offer a pre-pay discount. If you pre-pay for a block of 12 or more visits, you get a 15% discount. My fee structure is based on time. Some types of treatment take more time. And sometimes people just want more time.
I try to keep my fees reasonable. I only charge $30.00 an hour more than car dealerships service departments.

Health Insurance
In my office we will bill all insurance companies that cover chiropractic care. However, we do not accept assignment. This means that the patient pays at the time of service or with a payment plan. Then we will bill the insurance company, and they will re-imburse you for the amount that they will cover.
Medicare
I am not a Medicare provider and cannot bill Medicare
Auto Accident Injuries
If you have insurance (medpay or medical benefits), we will prepare all the billing, forms and reports for you. We also work with attorneys and accept liens in most cases. With auto accidents, normally your insurance or the insurance of the other car covers the entire cost of treatment.
Work Injuries
Your employer’s workers compensation insurance carrier has the responsibility to provide all necessary treatment to help you recover from any injury or condition that occurred, while you are on the job. This includes anything that occurs, while “on the clock”. We will process all necessary forms, reports, and claims. The injured worker is not supposed to pay for any of the treatment costs. We accept workers compensation liens in most cases.
If you have any questions regarding any of these policies, please ask us.
